We are unable to process orders by phone. All orders must be placed online through our website.

Q. Is it possible to change the order details?

We cannot accept any changes after the order has been confirmed.

Q. Is it possible to return or cancel the product?

Note: You cannot specify multiple shipping addresses in a single order.

Q. Can I choose a shipping company?

We cannot accept the designated delivery company of your choice.

Q. Can I send items to more than one place?

You can only specify one delivery address per order. If you would like to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

Q. How can I know the delivery status of my order?

For detailed delivery information, we will provide you with the tracking number after shipping. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status on the website of the respective delivery company.

Q. The product did not arrive on the specified date.

Please note that the specified date and time are not guaranteed for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the workload of the delivery company. You can check the status using the provided tracking number.

About Gift Correspondence

Q. Is gift wrapping possible?

Yes, gift wrapping is available. If you would like to have your item gift wrapped, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Q. Is it possible not to enclose something that shows the amount, etc.?

We will not enclose delivery notes, statements, receipts, etc. that show the amount to the gift recipient. Instead, the details will be sent to the orderer by email.

Other

Q. I have not received an order confirmation or membership registration email.

An order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered address when you place an order.
