product selection

Please select the desired product and click "Add to cart". Once you have added all the desired products to your cart, click "Purchase procedure".
For products whose prices fluctuate, "Click here for purchase advice" is displayed. If you would like to purchase this product, please click "Click here for purchase advice" and contact us using the inquiry form.

Enter required information

Please enter your customer information, check the contents at the end, and click "Finish". Your order is now confirmed. After that, an e-mail confirming your order will be automatically sent to your registered e-mail address. Only one delivery address can be specified per order. If you have multiple destinations, please place one order for each.

Shipment of goods

We will email you a shipping notification when the product ships. (Please set the domain so that you can receive emails from [contact@misora-kyoto.jp].)

Delivery charge

We will let you know when you pay for the item.
*You cannot specify multiple shipping addresses in one order.
*Some products require additional shipping charges regardless of the purchase price. (Shipping fee varies depending on the product)

In case of absence

If the customer is absent on the delivery date, the delivery company will leave an "absence contact form", so please check the contents of the "absence contact form" and contact the delivery company directly. Please contact us and arrange a re-delivery date.
